Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departments to select and adapt materials across all vehicle components.
  • Conduct material testing and failure analysis under Australian design standards.
  • Design and perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) from component sourcing to implementation to track embodied energy and carbon emissions.
  • Learn ANSYS for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to simulate and validate material performance under load.
