Yagoona Lions Club Fair

Today the team brought Jaycar Sunswift III to the Yagoona Lions Club annual Autumn fair. The fair was held at Gazzard Park, Yagoona and showcased many interesting community stalls. The day is designed to raise money for various community programs run by the Lions Club. Several team members relived their childhood days by indulging in fairy floss and couldn't hide their excitement and satisfaction in buying a complete set of mugs for only $1! Two other team members continued on to the nearby Boeing plant. We have started building carbon fibre parts again for the car in preparation for the 2007 World Solar Challenge. Today work started on an 'upper spat'. This is an aerodynamic part which covers the wheel and suspension control arms.
