Jaycar Electronics
Jaycar Electronics is the naming rights sponsor of Jaycar Sunswift III. Support from Australia's leading retail electronics company will allow us to attempt a record breaking trans-continental campaign and help maintain our competitive international position among solar cars.

	Boeing - Hawker De Havilland Boeing - Hawker De Havilland provides the UNSW SRT with composite materials, workspace and facilities. Staff at Boeing also provides the UNSW SRT with valuable advice and training on procedures relating to the use of composite materials.

	TAFE NSW - Sydney Institute The Sydney Institute provides the UNSW SRT with facilities, advice and skilled labour for the manufacture of most metal components of Jaycar Sunswift III. The Sydney Institute also provides the team with paint-booths and skilled staff to manufacture and make repairs to moulds and plugs.

Corporate

	NRMA – Motoring and Services NRMA is a long standing sponsor of the UNSW SRT. As well as providing financial assistance to the team, NRMA also organises an advanced technology exhibition which has been running for a number of years and showcases a range of alternative transportation options.

	mouldCAM mouldCAM was established in 2002 and runs one of the largest 5-axis CNC milling machines in the Southern Hemisphere. The plugs for Jaycar Sunswift III were manufactured by mouldCAM who helped reduce the costs to our team by sponsoring a large amount of the material and labour involved.

Educational
	The Faculty Of Engineering The Faculty of Engineering of the University of NSW provides the UNSW SRT with a monetary grant, use of a range of facilities as well as valuable advice and support. The UNSW SRT helps promote the faculty at events such as UNSW Open Day and Sunsprint (model solar car challenge).

	U Committee The U Committee is a group of friends of the University, including staff, spouses of staff, and any others who wish to contribute to the University. Since its inception in 1963, this charity has raised over $2,000,000 for many projects and activities on campus that otherwise may not have been funded. The U-Committee's major event is the Annual Book Fair.

Technical

	Benelec Benelec is a wireless products manufacturer and distributor which specialises in antenna products and systems. Benelec provides the UNSW SRT with a range of wireless communications equipment, giving the team a reliable communications and data link between support vehicles and Jaycar Sunswift III.

	Gurit Gurit develops and produces high-end composite materials that offer unparalleled features in terms of weight, stability, stiffness and design properties that make them our materials supplier of choice. They provide the team with valuable technical advice, along with discounts on their products.

	Gochermann Solar Technology Gochermann Solar Technology specialises in the fabrication of high efficiency and lightweight solar modules for solar racing vehicles. The solar array of Jaycar Sunswift III has been constructed using this unique technology.

	mo milling mo milling is a machining specialist based in Sydney who sponsored the four large fillet moulds for Jaycar Sunswift III. The fillets, which are made from carbon fibre, create an aerodynamic join between the wheel enclosures and bottom shell of the vehicle.

	National Instruments National Instruments is a technology pioneer and leader in virtual instrumentation, who provided the UNSW SRT with LabVIEW programming software. This allows the team to analyse valuable data being transmitted from the telemetry system in the Jaycar Sunswift III and test various other components on the solar car.

	SX Trailers SX Trailers is a leading distributor of large trailers for a range of brands including Freighter. In 2005 the company took on the project of developing the solar car trailer for Jaycar Sunswift III.

	WorleyParsons WorleyParsons is a leading provider of professional services to the energy, resource and complex process industries. WorleyParsons assisted the team by providing the lightweight lithium-polymer battery back used in Jaycar Sunswift III at a significant discount.

University
	UNSW All members of the UNSW SRT are students of the University of New South Wales. A number of schools and faculties assist the team through advice, resources and support.
