| | | Motorists and service station staff couldnīt help but chuckle as a solar car pulled into the servo just off the M5 at Goulbourn at 430pm on a Saturday afternoon, after UNSW SRT members decided it was time to turn around and head home after 180km and another full day of rigourous testing. This time, the team really put the UNSW Sunswift II to the test, taking an offroad gravel route through Sutton Forest which the solar car handled remarkably well. Besides training a new support car driver, this testing run served to highlight the intricacies requiring further fine-tuning. Willy The Whale Willy!
